Artist's Description

Vav 6
Vav has a numerical value of 6, and has the shape of a nail or hook. In Hebrew, it acts as a prefix that means “and”, so it connects two concepts .Vav is a letter of connection, and unification. It is the third letter of the holy name, the Tetragrammaton, YHVH, considered so sacred that it is not pronounced out loud.
Mystically, it is associated with the first six days of creation, in Genesis, and the 6 directions: north, south, east, west, up and down. In the Tree of Life it is correlated with 6 Sefirot: Chesed, Gevurah, Tiferet, Netzach, Hod and Yesod.
It converts a word to future tense, so it stretches our concept of time.
When Vav comes into your life, spend time noticing your personal web of inter-connected relationships and how they nourish you and connect you to greater wholeness.
